In Chile, a chain of supermarkets has forced their cashiers to wear diapers because they could not go to the bathroom. The accusation was rejected today by the Chilean holding Cencosud, which owns the establishments.
The vice-president of the association, Maria Rozas, reported serious irregularities in the supermarket labor Santa Isabel, and asserted that "women are forced to work for nine hours in the boxes, without being able to move."
"Many of them need to use disposable diapers to hold the time without going to the bathroom," he added.
Rojas called on all citizens of Chile to boycott the supermarket chain.
